I’ve had challenges, too
Pain and Suffering
When I was fighting cancer, I started meditating. I listened to teachers talking about the power of now. Peace in the present moment. All I could feel sitting in meditation was suffering, discomfort, sadness and fear. What were they talking about???
Finding a way
Peace in Nature
I finally discovered that I had to get out of my body and experience peace from nature. The awe and beauty that is all around us can help us feel calm and joy within us.
Learning and Trying
Make the effort
There are so many resources today, it can be overwhelming. Drink green juice, eat superfoods, fast, walk, lift weights, take supplements. You can do all of that and still have a dysregulated nervous system. If you have habitual negative and anxious thoughts, that organic vegan smoothie won’t prevent your next panic attack.
Creating my life
Doing the work
It’s an inside job. Only you can do the work for you. I will guide you. I will support you. But it is up to you. You can create your life. Your own personal growth and transformation. Are you ready for it?
My meditation style
Easy
We aren’t studying ancient methods and sitting in akward poses chanting. (Not that there’s anything wrong with that - it’s great!) Meditate with Ann is about helping you meditate without over complicating it.
Balanced
I will help you find a balance of body awareness and training your mind. We will cultivate positive emotions without rigid control.
Beneficial
The health benefits of meditation stem from the relaxation response, but there is also alot of emerging research on heart coherence, energy, and more.
Dynamic
This is not boring. I’m not asking you to sit for 20 minutes 2 times a day repeating the same mantra over and over again. Let’s make your valuable time interesting and use it to create your present and future.

Why learn from me
My passion for meditation &
my own personal transformation
Meditation saved my life. My practice started as a cancer patient. Experiencing pain and suffering for years, it was hard to cultivate a feeling of peace within. Fear was a dominate emotion.
As my practice deepened, my health improved. And my life did, too. It was how I felt inside that surprised me the most.
This practice has given me so much.
I want to share with you.
